This is a chance for the chefs to make up for any mistakes made in the Skills Test and to show the judges what they are made of. ![]() The latest series of MasterChef: The Professionals is available to watch on BBC iPlayer, whilst series 9 and 10 can be watched on Netflix UK. The previous series (series 13) was shown on BBC One in November and December 2020. Then the chefs get the chance to showcase their individual cooking style as they prepare two standout Signature Dishes – one main and one dessert. Series 14 of MasterChef: The Professionals airs for six weeks on BBC One starting on Monday 8th November 2021. Each has just 20 minutes to get all the details right. MasterChef: The Professionals is a BBC television competitive cooking show aired on BBC Two. The others face Monica's dessert challenge, a chocolate crème pâtissière-filled swiss roll served with a raspberry sauce.
